Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Fragrances that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
